Applications
In the process of converting sugar cane to sugar crystals, the sugar syrup needs to be purified & after this process the sugar syrup coming out has high concentration of water of about 85%. This juice is now required to be heated to get concentrated juice by vacuum evaporation separation from water. A double beat valve is used to allow the flow of the syrup from one boiler body to the next. The Double Beat Valve is basically a directional control valve. The operator can make a decision whether or not to let sugar juices enter the boiler body. They are available in sizes from 150-300 mm in MS and SS construction.
