Valcraft Engineers, an ISO 9001 2015 company, was founded in January 1989 for manufacturing high-Quality Wafer Design Butterfly Valves, Check Valves (Non-Return), and Knife Gate/ Rising Spindle Pulp Valve.
The valves are manufactured by the brand name ‘FLOMAX’ to a revolutionary design meeting International Standards, replacing all conventional Gate and Globe valves up to class 150. Valcraft Engineers has a built-up area of 11934 sq.ft. and is going in for an expansion of 40,000 sq.ft., which is under construction. We have a capacity of 36000 valves per year currently. Our high-pressure testing facility ensures that our products are safe for all working conditions and perform hassle-free. Our Journey
Established in 1989, Valcraft Engineers is the leading brand of industrial valves and has carved itself in the Indian and Global markets. Valcraft engineers became famous for its Flomax butterfly valves, Flomax wafer check valves, and Flomax pulp valves, which was initially designed by Valcraft Engineers.
Valcraft Engineers started in a small rented room manufacturing valves slowly diversified into a prominent product “Flomax” which has been accepted very well in India and abroad. The secret success has been credibility in qualitative service provided by Valcraft and a strong emphasis on research and development by adding a new product practically every year.
Everything begins with the manufacturing of Butterfly fly valves for one of the biggest OEMs TKIL. In a small room workshop of about 200 sq.ft., in Belgaum, a throttle flap valve was developed by the founder Mr. John Alvares along with a highly dedicated group of technocrats. This order consisted of 30 Quantities, which was challenging to achieve. Still, due to the lack of machine initially, we were able to make by subcontracting to other vendors due to our reliable will power. We completed our first order, and there was no looking back. We started the manufacturing of steam nozzles for sugar industries, ball Non-Return valves, Pulp stock valves, continuous development of a variety of products for Steel, Chemical, Pharma, Edible Oil, Food, Power Plants, and Cement Industries.
